At least 15 people dead after stadium stampede at concert in Madagascar

At least 15 people have been killed by a stampede at a music concert during independence day celebrations in Madagascar. The crush occurred just before the artist Rossy was about to walk on stage. The national police said the crowd surged and people died from trampling. Another 80 people were injured, some who remain in critical condition.
