Madagascar: Appointment of Coadjutor Archbishop of Fianarantsoa

The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Jean Nicolas Rakotojaona, until now auxiliary of Morondava, as coadjutor archbishop of Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, at the same time liberating him of the titular see of Dragonara.
